This Payment Policy explains the payment method, transaction currency and payment-processing conditions that apply to purchases made through the Novaliera website.

Accepted Payment Method

Novaliera currently accepts PayPal as its payment method at checkout.

Customers may complete payment by signing in to an eligible PayPal account. Depending on PayPal’s availability and eligibility requirements, some customers may also be offered the option to pay using an eligible debit or credit card without signing in to or creating a PayPal account.

Debit or credit card payment through PayPal guest checkout is provided and controlled by PayPal. This option may not be available for every customer or transaction.

The payment options available to you will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment Authorization

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be confirmed.

After you submit your payment:

  • PayPal will process the transaction.
  • Novaliera will receive confirmation of whether the payment was approved.
  • An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order has been successfully placed.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance if payment authorization fails, the transaction is declined or additional verification is required.

Declined or Unsuccessful Payments

A payment may be declined or delayed for reasons determined by PayPal, your bank, card issuer or other payment provider.

Possible reasons may include:

  • Incorrect payment or billing details
  • Insufficient funds
  • An expired or restricted card
  • Payment-provider security checks
  • Transaction limits
  • An unsupported payment method or location

Novaliera does not control payment-provider approval decisions.

If your payment is unsuccessful, review the information entered at checkout or contact PayPal, your bank or your card issuer for assistance.

Transaction Currency

All prices and transactions on the Novaliera website are presented and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your PayPal account, bank account or payment card uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the transaction into USD.

Your payment provider may apply:

  • Its own exchange rate
  • Currency-conversion charges
  • International transaction fees
  • Other financial-service charges

These third-party rates and fees are determined by the relevant payment provider and are outside Novaliera’s control.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through PayPal’s payment system.

Novaliera uses a secure checkout connection to transmit information submitted during checkout. Payment information entered through PayPal is handled according to PayPal’s own security practices and privacy terms.

Customers should never send complete card details, account passwords or other sensitive payment credentials to Novaliera by email or through the website’s contact form.

Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you should receive an order-confirmation email containing information about your order.

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if you notice an error in:

  • Your name
  • Delivery address
  • Products ordered
  • Product quantities
  • Billing information

An order may remain pending when PayPal has not completed or confirmed the payment. Processing and shipment will begin only after the payment has been successfully authorized.

Payment Holds and Reviews

PayPal may occasionally place a transaction under review or temporarily delay confirmation while conducting security or compliance checks.

If a payment remains pending, Novaliera may wait for final payment confirmation before processing or dispatching the order.

Novaliera cannot override or accelerate a review conducted by PayPal or another financial institution.

Charges and Order Total

The complete order total will be shown before payment is submitted.

The order total may include:

  • The price of the products
  • Applicable taxes, where required
  • Shipping charges, if applicable

Novaliera currently provides free standard shipping on eligible United States orders. The shipping charge for an eligible order will be displayed as $0.00 USD during checkout.

No payment will be completed until the customer reviews and confirms the final order total.

Shipping

Orders are currently shipped to eligible addresses within the United States.

Our standard handling time is 3 to 5 business days, and estimated carrier transit time is 4 to 12 business days. Eligible United States orders receive free standard shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Novaliera will issue an approved refund within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The time required for the refund to appear after it has been issued depends on PayPal, the bank or the card issuer.

Fraud Prevention

Novaliera reserves the right to review, hold or cancel an order when there are reasonable concerns involving:

  • Unauthorized payment activity
  • Incorrect billing information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Payment disputes
  • Inability to verify an order

If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This does not limit any rights you may have through PayPal, your bank, your card issuer or applicable law.
