We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and that’s why we’ve created a clear and customer-friendly return and refund policy. Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery, as shown on your shipment tracking. Any items returned outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as intimate wear, earrings, or personalized goods) may not be eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

How to Request a Return

To begin your return, simply contact our customer care team at info@novaliera.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your request.
Once we review your request, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label via email, which you can download and print. Please securely package your item and send it back using the provided label.

All returns are handled by mail only, and Novaliera covers the full cost of return shipping—there are no hidden charges or restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, we’re happy to help. Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window, as long as the returned item meets our condition requirements. Once we receive and inspect your return, your replacement will be shipped promptly at no extra cost.

If the desired replacement is out of stock, we’ll process a full refund instead.

Refund Process

All approved refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date your return is received at our facility for the refund to appear in your account. This period allows time for inspection, quality verification, and processing by your payment provider.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Currency and International Payments

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own conversion rates or service fees. These adjustments are beyond Novaliera’s control, and the final amount received may vary slightly depending on your provider’s policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@novaliera.com within 7 days of delivery.
Our support team will arrange a free replacement or full refund, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. We may request supporting photos to speed up the resolution process.
