Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a Novaliera clothing item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact info@novaliera.com within the 30-day return window.
We will review your request and provide the applicable instructions. If a return is approved, return shipping is free.
After an approved returned item is received, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. If a refund is approved following inspection, it will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval to the original payment method.
Eligible products may also qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Return shipping is free for approved exchanges.
