To ensure timely dispatch, orders placed before 16:00 (GMT-7), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and U.S. public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Every order undergoes careful verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging before leaving our facility. The standard handling period is 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday). During high-volume seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Transit Time

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s network. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Total Delivery Window

Taking both handling and transit times into account, your total delivery window is typically 7 to 17 business days from the date of purchase. While Novaliera makes every effort to meet this schedule, unforeseen courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays may occasionally affect delivery times. You will receive tracking information by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Cost

Novaliera proudly offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden charges, minimum order requirements, or additional fees for standard delivery.

Currency and Fees

All shipping services and transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or transaction fees, which are beyond Novaliera’s control.
